Dilute @ 1:2 to 3 (Coating: water). Mix it thoroughly.
Clean the Tools i.e. should be free from Rust, Grease etc.
Pre-heat the die surface at a Temp.100°C -120°C Apply the coating by spraying application.
Pre-heat the coated the die surface at a Temp. 130°C ± 10°C to remove the moisture content. |
DIEDRESS - 39 |
Water base Titanium Dioxide die coat recommended for gravity die-casting. Special binding & hard film forming property of coating gives excellent as cast casting finish, increasing its uniqueness. |
