DIEDRESS-140

Water base refractory cum insulating coating. Special binding property of coating with insulating property of coating influence easy striping and excellent finish over aluminium casting.

 

Dilute @ 1:2 to 3 (Coating: water). Mix it thoroughly.
Clean the Tools i.e. should be free from Rust, Grease etc.
Pre-heat the die surface at a Temp.100°C -120°C Apply the coating by spraying application.
Pre-heat the coated the die surface at a Temp. 130°C ± 10°C to remove the moisture content.

DIEDRESS - 39 

Water base Titanium Dioxide die coat recommended for gravity die-casting. Special binding & hard film forming property of coating gives excellent as cast casting finish, increasing its uniqueness.

Dilute @ 1:2 to 3 (Coating: water). Mix it thoroughly.
Clean the Tools i.e. should be free from Rust, Grease etc.
Pre-heat the die surface at a Temp.100°C -120°C Apply the coating by spraying application.

DIEDRESS-11

Water base micronized graphite die coat recommended for gravity die casting. Diedress-11(Paste) is recommended to use along with Diedress-140.

Dilute @ 1:2 to 3 (Coating: water). Mix it thoroughly.
Clean the Tools i.e. should be free from Rust, Grease etc.
Pre-heat the die surface at a Temp.100°C -120°C Apply the coating by spraying application.
Pre-heat the coated the die surface at a Temp. 130°C ± 10°C to remove the moisture content

DIEDRESS-MS

Titanium dioxide and oil based dressing  recommended  for  M.S.Tools, M.S. Spoons for LPDC & GDC

Coated M.S. Tools should either be heated  up to 700° C by portable burner or dip in untreated  Molten Aluminium for ensuring strongly adhere of coating  before  continuous  use
