CRAFTCOTE - 11 is a Refractory Coating with Graphite as main Refractory Filler.
CRAFTCOTE - 11 is in a ready for use (RFU) coating having excellent suspension properties.
Product Function
CRAFTCOTE - 11 it is mainly used for all C.I. Casting. It can be applied by brushing / dipping/ spraying. For brushing use CRAFCOTE - 11 as it is by mixing the coating in can thoroughly. For dipping or spraying adjustment in viscosity is to be done by addition of water. Generally a separate tank should be used for dilution of the coating.
After applying coating air dry it for 10 to 20 minutes and then dry in oven at 150 °C to 160 °C for min 20 minutes or by torching.
