CRAFTCOTE –210 (KCL) is a mixed refractory Coating from the CRAFTCOTE Range of foundry coating. It is a Water Base Coating with remarkable stability of suspension, good covering ability with excellent Binding Property with the substrate.
Product Function
As it is mixed refractory Coating, it has desired refractoriness required for Cast Iron Castings.
CRAFTCOTE - 210 (KCL) has following advantages as a versatile foundry coating mainly for intricate cast iron casting and heavy cast iron casting industries. It can be applied by Brushing / Spraying & Dipping.
For Spraying & Dipping adjustment in viscosity is to be done by addition of water. Generally a separate tank should be used for dilution of the coating.
After applying coating air dry for 10 minutes approx. and then dry in oven at 150°C to 160°C for minimum 20min or by torching.
