Product
CRAFTCOTE -72M is mainly developed for dipping, over pouring and spraying application in CI & S.G. Iron castings. Based on high quality aluminium silicate and red oxide, grants low reactivity to metal oxides and good performance at high temperature.
Product Function
CRAFTCOTE –72M is mainly developed for dipping and over pouring application CRAFTCOTE – 72M is used for all Automotive CI casting. CRAFTCOTE – 72M has good rheological properties.
Mix the product CRAFTCOTE – Z-25 thoroughly and then use the material for brushing, dipping and spraying applications after dilution on No bake / cold box / shell core / oil cores.
Keep the viscosity of the diluted material in the range of 15 to 20 secs. by B4 Ford Cup.
After applying coating, air dry it (core / mould) for 10 to 20 minutes and then dry in oven at 150˚C to 160˚C for 20 minutes or by torching.
