Craftanol I-96 is ready for use spirit base Graphite coating. Craftanol I-96 is having exceptional suspension properties.

Product Function

Craftanol I-96 is recommended for C.I., Automotive castings. It can be applied by brushing / dipping/ spraying.

Application

  • CRAFTANOL I-96 can be applied by brushing/ dipping/ spraying. For brushing CRAFTANOL I-96 is to be applied as it is after thorough mixing. Dry the core by air drying.
  • For dipping or spraying CRAFTANOL I-96 can be used as it is or dilute to requisite consistency / viscosity by CRAFTANOL IP THINNER. Dilution should be10% max by weight of coating, depending upon the type of the substrate on which coating is to be applied.
  • When relative Humidity is high > 70% , proper care must be taken to dry the cores before assembling / pouring.
