Diedress – 11(Paste) is water base micronized graphite die coat recommended for gravity die casting. Diedress-11(Paste) is recommended to use along with Diederss-140(water base insulating die coat).

Function

DIEDRESS –11(Paste) is of micronized graphite filler base die coat, special blend of graphite enhances easy release of casting from die. Die coat to be applied on the coating of Diedress-140. Conductive nature of graphite helps in solidification of casting. The thermal stability of base filler gives long life reducing the breakdown time.

Application

Thoroughly mix the DIEDRESS –11(Paste) from the can and take the desired quantity in a clean container. Add water 1: 2 to 3 (Product: Water) and mix thoroughly, spray the clean die coat with the help of Pilot spray gun.

Spray the prepared Die coat on coating of Die dress-140. Uniform layer should be given.

NOTE : Use soft water for dilution.
