DIEDRESS - PLS is Graphite -free lubricant specially developed for plunger lubrication in high pressure die casting.

Purpose

In pressure die casting process, molten aluminum is injected into the die cavity at a very high velocity by plunger tip. This leads to attack of molten aluminum at plunger leading to decreased plunger life. To eliminate this attack on plunger area DIEDRESS-PLS is used. DIEDRESS - PLS is designed in such a way that it imparts superior lubrication properties to plunger surface.

Application

• Apply DIEDRESS-PLS on plunger tip by brushing or swabbing/ dripping.

Precaution

• Avoid direct exposure to flame and fire.
• Replace lid tightly after use.
